2-Year Warranty Coverage
All Ornaments Co. products are protected by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Faulty materials

Defective clasps, chains, or components

Issues that occur under normal use
If a product develops a defect within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement at no cost once the claim is approved.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or drops

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, chemical exposure)

Water damage (for non-waterproof items)

Normal wear and tear

Loss or theft

Third-party repairs or alterations

Damage caused by improper care or storage
Warranty is void if the item has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorised party.

Warranty claims apply after the 100-day return period or when the issue is due to a defect.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue

Our team will assess the claim

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label (if return is required)

After receiving the item (if required), a replacement will be issued
Most claims are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
Returns Under Warranty

The return address will be provided after your warranty claim is approved

A prepaid return label will be issued for defective items

Items must be returned with all components originally included
Refunds under warranty are only provided when a replacement is not possible.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to validate all warranty claims.
