To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse in the same condition you receive the item
For 100-Days Money-Back Guarantee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For 2-Years Warranty. We will provide you the return label once your return is approved.
We process the return withing 7 business days after we received the returned item.
If you choose to get replacement or item to be repaired. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t take any responsibilty if the return item damage or lost during transit.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Once we proces the refund, It usually take 3 to 5 business day for return ammount to go back to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

We're so confident in our product quality that we offer a complimentary 100-Days Money-Back Guarantee on all orders. The 100-Days Money-Back Guarantee is only valid for 100-Days of the date of delivery. Simply email one of our support staff on hello@ornamentsco.com. We'll then replace or refund your order. We don't refund postage costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Money-back guarantee return policy includes the following terms:
- All jewellery must be returned within 100-Days of delivery to be eligible.
- The jewellery had not been damaged and tempered or exposed to any coditions that would deem the jewellery unusable.
- This item should be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused with tag, and in its original packaging.
- The item should possess all the original accessories that were sent with it.
- All the manuals and necessary packing are to be returned with it.
- It should be in undamaged condition free of cuts and marks on its body.
- The refund amount does not cover the transport charges as they were paid to the delivery services.
- You will be resposible for the return shipping cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Such as the box and packings are missing.

- Item must be returned before any refund is issued.
- Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes.
- Warranty is void if the jewellery has been dropped, misused, water damaged, modified or tampered with altering the original manufacturer's design. We will not reimburse payments for repairs carried out by Third Party repairers not authorized by Ornaments
- Third party repairs will void the Seller warranty.
